What we can offer:
Evening Prayer with the community, opportunity to explore spirituality in the light of the new cosmology, meditation room, specialized library well stocked with books, periodicals, dvd’s etc, computers with free Internet Access, en-suite self-catering rooms, Art Room, Common Rooms, Massage Room, Eucharist available in the parish church.

RETREAT: Coming Home to our Cosmic Centre
During this retreat we will use presentations, meditation, art work, movement, dreams and silence to help us open to the divine energies of the universe.

RETREAT: Awakening Consciousness - Realising the Holy and the Whole
Weaving together Jesus’ experience of the Reign of God, the insights of the mystics as well as understandings that come from the new cosmology and quantum physics, Jan gently and skilfully invites participants to know and experience themselves anew. Integral to this silent retreat is sitting in stillness together, the practice of deeper awareness, some group sharing, personal processing, time in the natural world, and of course music.

This will be an introduction to Centering Prayer. Sessions will cover, prayer as relationship. The method of Centering Prayer. Thoughts and use of the Sacred Word. Deepening the Relationship. No prior experiencing of Centering Prayer required
